What is Next-Gen Protection?

Our Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty offers comprehensive coverage for critical engine and transmission components. This includes:

• Engine Components: Cylinder block, cylinder heads, pistons, valves, valve covers, cams, connecting rods, crankshaft, bearings, oil pump, oil pump chain, oil pan, timing chain, timing chain cover, gears, water pump, turbocharger, seals, and gaskets.
• Transmission Components: Case, internal parts, mounts, seals, and gaskets.
• Labor Costs: Covered repairs include labor costs, following Segway's labor guidelines.

Unmatched Coverage Duration

This non-transferrable manufacturer's warranty is valid for the entire lifespan of your vehicle, exclusively for the original owner. This means you can ride with confidence, knowing your investment is protected for as long as you own your Segway.

Eligibility and Maintenance

To qualify for this extraordinary warranty:

• The vehicle must be a 2024 or newer model purchased on or after July 2, 2024, from an authorized Segway Powersports dealer.
• The warranty applies to 1000cc and above engines.
• The original owner must strictly adhere to Segway's recommended maintenance schedule and maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Routine Powertrain inspections by an authorized dealer are required every two years.

Claim Process

In the unlikely event of a failure:

• Notify Segway Powersports Inc. at service@segwaypowersports.us before any repair work begins.
• Provide proof of maintenance records as requested.
• Segway reserves the right to inspect the vehicle prior to authorizing warranty-related repairs.

Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications.
• Repairs without prior authorization from Segway Powersports Inc.
• Towing costs and any incidental or consequential damages.
• Vehicles used for commercial purposes or racing activities.
• Specific components including driveshaft, axles, front differentials, and clutch components.
